The kids loved playing on the swings and slides, and it was a great way for them to burn off some energy. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
For dads, it would be great to have a larger selection of family-friendly activities for the kids.

Enjoyed this small hotel: outstanding food and amiable staff. The location was comfortable and unbeatable, very close to the walls and windows on the inside, and a different clinic, in a downtown area. Ate at Pueblo Viejo, it's not too far away from the venue.

The hotel had a charming Mexican decor that made me feel like I was truly experiencing the local culture. The common areas were beautifully decorated, with vibrant colors and traditional artwork. It was a cozy and friendly place, perfect for senior people like me. The hotel was also easily accessible, with no stairs or long hallways to navigate. This made it very convenient for me to move around and enjoy my stay without any difficulties.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and helpful. While the staff was generally friendly, I felt that they could have been more attentive to the needs of older guests.

The Hacienda had a lovely and welcoming atmosphere, with its charming decoration and cozy main areas. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, allowing me to navigate comfortably throughout the property. The hotel's convenient location near the border made it effortless for me to reach my dental appointments without having to worry about transportation.
I would have loved to see a clothing hanging space in the room to make it more convenient for senior guests like myself.

Amazing experience! The town was a hidden gem, and I felt safe exploring beyond the tourist shops. The staff at the hotel were genuine, caring, and always went above and beyond to make my stay pleasing. The hotel itself was vibrant, charming, and impeccably clean. I loved that my privacy was respected, and the staff spoke English, making communication a breeze. The shuttle service to the nearby dental clinics was a convenient bonus. The three courtyards were a delight, with a pool area, a peaceful spot with a fountain, and a main courtyard to relax and dine in. Although the bar didn't have a liquor license yet, I could BYOB. The rooms were beautifully furnished with hand-carved wood and had all the amenities I needed, including a fridge, microwave, and access to an ice machine. This was hands down the best place to stay for dental work. Can't wait to return!

This hotel truly offers great value for money. The room rates are reasonable and with a fridge in the room, it's really convenient for guests to store their food and drinks. The location of this hotel is also a big advantage. Situated on the edge of town near the Colorado River, it provides easy access to other dental clinics in the area. Moreover, the staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service to ensure a comfortable stay.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

24-hour reception, helpful staff, restaurant & bar, shops nearby = great if you want to shop 'til you drop
Who needs more than one washcloth anyway? And no liquor license, so no fancy cocktails for me.

I loved having free Wi-Fi in the room, making it easy to stay connected and share my vacation moments. The private bathroom was clean and had a refreshing shower, along with free toiletries. The mini-bar in the room was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy a cold drink whenever I wanted. The room had cable TV, which was great for unwinding and catching up on my favorite shows. The spaciousness of the room was a pleasant surprise, giving me plenty of room to move around.
The minibar in the room was a little pricey, but I understand that it's a convenience offered by the hotel.
